Terms and Conditions of purchase Section (II)

(Please check the box to indicate that you have read Sections (I) and (II) of the terms and conditions of purchase and that you comply with them)

  1. Since each mask is individually made, there can be a little discrepancy between the one you receive and the one that is shown to you online. This includes very tiny variations from the exhibited product in the colors and features of the masks.
  2. All items are eligible for free delivery, however customers must agree to pay any customs duties levied by the destination nation.
  3. All items are securely packaged in a corrugated box. Any damages resulting from transportation are not the responsibility of Color Secrets (Pte) Ltd.
  4. A one-year guarantee is provided for material and manufacturing flaws as of the purchase date.
  5. Before the shipment is dispatched to its destination, a picture of the item, item + packaging, will be shared through email.
